The purpose of an education is very important to reach at our desired destination.The education is the right of every person and literacy rate is somehow increasing too.Education makes us independent. We feel secure by getting degrees. The degree gives hope to getting a job. From childhood, we put it into our heads that the purpose of our education is to get a job.
The purpose of an Education
Education gives the confidence to fly.It is far away from putting the books in our heads.The true meanings are fulfilled when someone understands its value. The education system is a distinct thing. I will discuss it right now.
Education system
We divide our education system into different parts. In one country, the partition of the education system seems illogical. Why we are using different syllabus for the children? The aim of education is to get financial freedom. We are running to get a job with a handsome income.
Madrasa
To teach the Holy Book to children’s, we move towards the Madrasa. Even Madrasa is giving a degree with a stamp of certification.When we speak/listen, the word Madrasa it comes to our mind that it is related to religion.They have their own system and put their ideology in the minds of children.
Government School
The school uses Urdu as the mode of communication and charges a lower fee.The buildings have an architecture that looks aged.The school rarely organizes parents teachers meetings.Parents did not bother about the education of their children. Not being well-educated, they do not take an interest in the education of their children.
Private schools
These are the Schools I have seen in my locality. When we talk about Private Schools the high fees come in to mind. Mostly, the teachers are well-trained and qualified.The schools have well-furnished buildings.They make results according to parents’ expectations. They remain in touch with Schools and the activities of children.
The mode of communication is English. The language we aim to speak fluently with confidence.The parents prefer Schools where their children can do extracurricular activities.They are running the business of education efficiently and effectively.
Education administration
I like the profession of teaching. Education administration plays a core role in it. I did not like the external and internal conflicts, therefore I prefer to teach the learner as a tutor. The administration depends on the leader. The responsibilities of leaders are more than they have to run the system.
Conclusion
Education should be free of business.The thirst for education should be for the satisfaction of us. But unfortunately, we run to get the maximum numbers. If we stop working for the digits, then we can get the desired outcomes.
We did not focus on the skills of children instead; we pull them in a race of numbers.I have seen the example of the student who is not interested in education their parents try their best to move on to attain more numbers.I think we did not have believed on their skills.
The most important thing which should be considered is the teachers.They took work from them as they pay they tried to keep them busy with unnecessary things. For example, if the sessions ended, to keep them busy, they give an excuse of decoration.The main purpose is to keep them busy.
Anyhow, I did not like the division of the school system. I did not know the reason for division but I know the one thing which is the complexes. The students of government schools feel inferiority complex and the students of private schools feel superiority complex. But the reality is the differences between the school systems becomes the difference between the personalities of learners.
