Lack of taking responsibility in a Person is a common social issue. Responsibility is the taking duty of one’s own self. It is not confined by age. Some people took their lag gauge at a younger age. While the others throw their duties on others. I have seen many examples in my surrounding; they spent their life while depending on others. The miserable condition is they even rely on the females.
Children’s responsibilities
Parents keep their children like babies therefore they did not understand their responsibilities. They did not do their tasks. The Parents do their work. The children are grown up in this type of environment. This type of non serious attitude becomes part of their personalities. Mostly did not know how to manage their money if they have more or less.
Adults
The children who are adults ask for their small things from the elders. They are not capable of taking the decision of their life.This is a negative factor, the Almighty gives everyone the power of thinking. It’s rely on us how much we utilize it to get fruit full results. I think we avoid using our brains and want to get work from others.
Sense of Responsibilities
The persons who did not have a sense of taking responsibility did not get enough respect. We respect those who lead their life. The person who takes suggestions from others but he took the final decision by himself deserves respect. According to my opinion, our parents have a deficiency of confidence in children therefore they make dependent on themselves.
Job
We choose carriers according to our parent’s consent. Although there are various reasons behind this act but one of them is a lack of taking responsibility. In addition we did not know about skills in childhood and when we understand we are not able of taking a decision for ourselves. Meanwhile the motivational speaker said we focus on earning not on skills.
Marriages
The mysterious act is in our society the girls and boys still depend on their parents.We respect our parents but should keep our opinion as well. The blame for unsuccessful marriages is put on girls. Nevertheless we are subjective in this approach. We usually did not get the responsibilities of our doing instead of we get acknowledgment and throw faults on others.
Conclusion
The word responsibility are very important part of a person’s personality. Respect which is a person’s right is also somehow dependent on it. The character shines with responsibilities. People are attracted to a person who takes responsibility for small things. The question arise in my mind is why do we ignore our responsibilities? Why we are dependent on others for our life decisions? Why do we give our driving seat of life in to someone’s hands?
